1. The seller
This website, foldimatex.com (“the Site”), sells the FoldMateX home appliance. The Site is operated by MATHIEU BEAUVAIS, Entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL), registration number (SIREN) 939462412, registered office at 1 Rue Joutx Aigues, 31000 Toulouse, France (“we”, “us”). 2. Product and prices
The product sold is the FoldMateX 2-in-1 laundry appliance that steams, irons and folds garments. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The current promotional price of €349 (regular price €699) is a limited special offer. Product visuals on the Site are for illustration.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the Site’s checkout. Payments are processed securely by myPOS Ltd; card details are entered exclusively on myPOS’s secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised, and you will receive an email confirmation.

We ship worldwide, free of charge, with insured delivery. See our Shipping policy for timelines and details.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, in line with our Refund & Return policy (which is at least as protective as the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
6. Warranty
The product is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU law and by our certified 2-year warranty covering mechanical and electronic components, with free repair or replacement.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
