Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your FoldMateX, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked. This goes beyond the 14-day EU statutory right of withdrawal.

2. How to start a return

• Email [email protected] with your order reference (e.g. FMX-XXXXXX).
• We reply within 24h with the return instructions and address.
• Ship the product back complete and, where possible, in its original packaging.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, via myPOS) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, and typically much sooner.

4. Warranty repairs and replacements

Independently of returns, every unit is covered for 2 years: if the product develops a fault we repair it or replace it free of charge. Contact [email protected] with your order reference and a description (photos/video help) to open a warranty case.

5. Cancelling before dispatch

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full immediately. Email us as soon as possible with your order reference.
