1. Coverage and cost

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free and fully insured on every order — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

2. Processing and delivery times

• Order processing: within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• You receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking by email.
• Typical delivery: 5–10 business days in the EU; up to 15 business days elsewhere, depending on destination and customs.

3. Customs

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Damaged on arrival

Every shipment is insured. If your unit arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
