• Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, country.
• Payment: processed entirely by myPOS Ltd on their secure page — we never see or store your card details. We only receive the payment confirmation reference.
• Reviews: name, optional country and photo, and the review text you choose to submit.
• Technical data strictly needed to serve the Site (server logs).

2. Why we process it (legal bases, GDPR)

• To fulfil your order and provide warranty service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To publish reviews you voluntarily submit — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the store: myPOS (payments), our hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare), and the shipping carrier for your delivery. We never sell personal data.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by tax law; review content until you ask for its removal; technical logs for a short rotation period.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies

The Site uses only technically necessary cookies (language preference, admin session for store staff). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
